Passport Control Information

For each flight passengers must take along valid identification papers.

When traveling from or to Non-Schengen countries all passengers must undergo a passport control. This applies to Bremen departures and arrivals.

When notified the German Federal police will come directly to the aircraft at the Atlas Air Service location to perform the passport control as comfortable as possible. Thereby a short waiting period may occur. Understandably at this point we are not authorized to take off or release the passengers without passport control.

General Information

The day of your arrival Atlas Air Service will supply a sufficient number of parking spaces free of charge. Another option is to drive your vehicle directly to the aircraft entering at gate no. 18.

Usually we are ready for takeoff 15 minutes after your arrival.

Weather conditions, temporary heavy traffic, or strikes may result in a delayed departure. Therefore we will be allotted departure slots differing from the originally scheduled time. We will update you immediately concerning these delays. However, we recommend that you still arrive at the arranged time, since these slots may quickly change to your advantage. While waiting our crew will attend to your needs.
